4. Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply let us know within 14 days of the date you recieve the product. Then you have 14 days to return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt), and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

All custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Downloads and digital products are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

If yo​u have purchased a service from us and you have decided to cancel your purchase before any deliverables have yet been achieved you may be permitted a refund less the value of any deposit paid or 25% of the value of the service cancelled, whichever is the lesser value.

Where some or all of the deliverables or milestones to any service you have purchased have been achieved and to the maximum extent permitted by law, services are not entitled to any refund.

5. Shipping

Physical goods may not be available outside of the United Kingdom. Shipping costs may be added to your purchase as applicable, costs will be calculated at the time of purchase and will vary based on the size and weight of the item(s) selected.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
